1. About us

TutorTap is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. You can reach us on WhatsApp +255 754 891 423. By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund policy.

2. Your account

• Accounts are opened by a parent, guardian or teacher aged 18 or over, and the details you give us must be true. Children use TutorTap through your account, with your permission and under your supervision.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• An account is for one family. Gold and Diamond cover one child; Diamond Family covers up to three children. Please don't share your login with other families.

3. Plans and payment

• Our prices are on the Pricing page. You pay in Tanzanian shillings, and your order shows the exact amount to send.
• Send exactly the amount on your order: it is unique to your order, and it is how we recognise your payment.
• Your plan opens when we confirm your payment, within 24 hours. It lasts for the period you paid for: one month, three months or one year.
• Plans never renew by themselves, and we never take money from you. We remind you before your plan ends, and you keep access for 3 days after the end date.
• If our prices change, the new price applies only from your next payment.
• Features marked Coming soon on the Pricing page are not part of any plan until they launch.

4. What you may do with our worksheets

While your plan is open, you may download, print and photocopy our worksheets for the children on your plan. On a School plan, teachers at your school may print them for their own classes. Free worksheets may be printed for your own children or classes too.

You may not:

• share the PDF files, or your login, with people outside your family or school;
• upload our worksheets to any website, app, shared drive or group chat;
• sell them, or remove our name and website from them.

Worksheets you downloaded while your plan was open stay yours to use under these rules after it ends.

5. Who owns the content

The worksheets, text and designs on this website belong to TutorTap. Pictures by other people are used under their own licences (such as Creative Commons) and credited on each worksheet; those credits must stay with the pictures.

Our worksheets follow the Cambridge Primary curriculum framework. They are independent practice resources, not published by, endorsed by or affiliated with Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

6. Accuracy

Every worksheet is checked by a teacher before it goes online, but mistakes can still slip through. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it. Our worksheets are practice material: they support your child's learning but don't promise particular school or exam results.

7. Our responsibility

We work to keep the website available and secure, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Ending your membership

You can stop at any time: just don't renew. You can also ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or selling our worksheets. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the plan.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do, and we tell members about important changes before they apply.

10. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, and disputes go to the courts of Tanzania. If you live in another country, you keep any protections its consumer law gives you.
